How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible. You can expect to receive your order usually within 3-7 working days (depending on the item ordered and your location).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking information. Also, shipping estimates are provided at checkout

Do you offer UK delivery?
Yes — all orders ship to the UK. Some of our products are fulfilled from UK warehouses, while others are shipped from our international partners.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. International expansion is planned soon!

How much is shipping?
We offer free UK shipping on all orders

Can I return an item?
Yes! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Customised items are non-refundable unless they are defective/damaged.

How do I start a return?
Simply email support@fitnexis.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the steps.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’ll make it right. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we can exchange it for the same item. Contact us first to arrange this.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so changes aren’t always possible. If you need to modify your order, contact us at support@fitnexis.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

We partner with trusted manufacturers and verified suppliers in the UK and overseas.

Do your products come with a warranty?
All items come with a 30-day FitNexis quality guarantee. If you experience an issue with your product within this time, please get in touch.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
